Chateu-Renaud is a small city in northern France near the Belgian border. Francois de Bourbon, Prince Conti acquired the city when he married Louise Marguerite of Lorraine in 1605. After his death in 1614 Louise Marguerite ruled until she ceded the property to Louis XIII of France in 1629.
