What’s in the Box

1 x Normal Atomizer

2 x Re Chargeable Batteries

1 x Wall Unit Battery Charger

5 x Sample Nicotine Cartridges

1 x Instruction Manual

What else would I need with my starter kit?

You might need a spare atomizer and a syringe, Atomizers only carry a DOA (Dead on arrival Warranty) Due to the fact that it is also a consumable and we can't control how hard it is smoked or used, however should it stop working it might be sometime before the replacement will arrive in your post box. If you are trying to quit cigarettes completely, it will be hard to be without yours for up to 5 days!

How long does a cartridge last?

Each cartridge normally lasts between 4 and 5 cigarettes, when it is completed you can either replace it with a new one (expensive) or refill it yourself, using a syringe and needle, with our nicotine refills bottles (10ml or 1ml sample), this is a more affordable option.

Atomizer Cleaning Tip?

If you drip liquid on your Atomizer it might get clogged due to liquid residue buildup on the heating coil. rinse your atomizer under HOT running water for a minute or 2, then leave to dry over night.

Charging the batteries:

The average time to recharge these batteries is about 2-3 hours, the charger has a indication light on it which will let you know when the battery is fully charged.

RED = Charging

GREEN = Fully Charged

Note: Some models may alternate between Red & Green when fully charged, so if the light is green the battery is charged even if it changes back to red. The reason for this is the charger will always try to keep the battery charge the same so if it is fully charged it may go into a trickle charge mode

Using the electronic cigarette

The Electronic Cigarette has a micro processor chip inside that regulates the power to the atomizer, when you have taken 16 puffs within a minute the light in the front will flash 10 times this is just to let you know that you have smoked one full cigarette and if you wish you can continue smoking after the light has stopped flashing.

When 1500 puffs have been made the micro chip in the electronic cigarette will switch on the self cleaning mechanism when this happens the light will stay on for 20 seconds, and you may continue smoking after the light has turned off, be sure to put 1-2 drops of liquid on the atomizer tip after this has happened.

When the battery is flat the light will flash very fast for 30 times, then you need to unscrew the atomizer and screw the flat battery into the charger and leave it for 2-3 hours.

If you take a puff for longer than 5 seconds the light will also flash 10 times to let you know, this is a protection feature. You may continue smoking after the light has stopped flashing

VERY IMPORTANT.

The electronic cigarette has a air pressure switch inside that detects when you take a puff, if this switch comes in contact with the refill liquid it will stop working or malfunction to prevent this from happening always keep the connector between the battery & the atomizer clean and dry, NEVER use more than 1-2 drops of liquid on the atomizer usually 1 drop is enough for 15 puffs

When your atomizer is not producing enough smoke even though you have put 1-2 drops of liquid on it the do the following.

Remove the plastic cap from the atomizer and then unscrew the atomizer from the battery, pour some very hot water in a bowl or wash basin and put the atomizer in the water for about an hour, then take it out and leave it upside down with the connector side facing upwards on a paper towel overnight to dry, when you start using the electronic cigarette it may take 20-40 drags before it works properly again.

If you have any questions or are unsure about anything then please phone us at any time, we are always here to help

How long does the battery last?

Each battery takes about 3 to 4 hours to fully charge, if you are light smoker, 20 ‘Cigarettes’ or less a day two batteries will most likely last you the entire day.

For heavy smokers 20 ‘Cigarettes’ or more a day, we would suggest that you buy a spare battery and charger if you can, this will make your life a whole lot easier
