VINTAGE SET OF CHESS PIECES - ALL WOOD and COMPLETE -- AND A LEATHER COVERED SOLID BACKGAMMON BOARD

Items together as ONE Lot

The Chess pieces are made of wood and ALL 32 Pieces are present.   Of the BLACK pieces-- a small chip on the top of one ROOK as well as a small chip on the bottom of the QUEEN. Otherwise ALL 16 BLACK pieces are in PERFECT condition.   ALL 16 WHITE pieces are in PERFECT condition except for the KING  (the cross on top is chipped)

These Chess Pieces come inside a wooden Box with small dove-tail joints  (I doubt if this is there original box)

A Wooden BACKGAMMON Board Covered in Black Leather. Except for age related wear this board is in PERFECT condition

CHESS PIECES -- Pawns are 3.5cm height....2.2cm diameter at base.      ROOKS are 4cm height and 2.3cm diameter at base....   KNIGHTS are 5.4cm height and 2.8cm diameter at base          BISHOPS are 5.6cm height and 2.6cm diameter at base        QUEENS are 7cm height and 3cm diameter at base            KINGS are 7.5cm height and 3cm diameter at base

BACKGAMMON BOARD -- 2.2cm height............44.4cm length...............37.6cm width
