  Hand drawn "Penguin" Chile Antarctic Cover sent from the Teniente R.Marsh Base in the Antarctic to Larnaca in Cyprus on the 28th of February 1990. The cover has been backstamped with an arrival "Larnaca - Cyprus" Cachet dated the 22nd of March 1990.
