CHERRY BOMB CHILLI
Cherry bomb chillies are bright red and ‘cherry’ shaped with thick fleshy walls that measure about 6cm long by 3cm wide. The sturdy plants are fairly compact reaching about 60cm but they are very productive and are quick to fruit.
Cherry Bombs rate 2,500 - 5,000 on the Scoville Scale so they have a bit of bite (rather like a jalapeno’s heat).
Their fleshy walls make them great for salsas as well as pickling or roasting in the oven stuffed with cheese & herbs.
