Chinese ancient jade pendant with coiled dragon patterns, shaped as an arc-shaped square plaque dating back to the Western Zhou Dynasty. The jade has an off-white base tone scattered with natural mottled inclusions, presenting a gentle and smooth texture. Its front face is decorated with two sets of symmetrical abstract dragon motifs carved by intaglio lines, featuring graceful and fluent strokes that represent the typical carving techniques of that era. The reverse side is plain with several shallow curved incisions, and a small suspension hole is drilled at the top for threading. It is covered with even and mild patina, and the primitive and solemn patterns fully preserve the craftsmanship features of ancient jade wares, making it a valuable collectible for historical research.
