Chinese congstyle jade hand piece, an exportearning work produced by Chinas staterun jade factory circa 19601970. Crafted from Hetian celadon jade, it adopts the classic archaistic cong form with square outer profile and circular inner bore. The surface features interwoven aged inclusions and brown fissures, covered in thick, mellow patina. Its edges are smoothly rounded, retaining traces of vintage wheelcut carving work. The large central hole is wellpenetrated with finely polished inner wall. Intact without cracks or chips, it carries a simple, solid antique charm. It can serve as a small scholardesk ornament or be strung for wearable appreciation, boasting oriental retrostyle display value as well as collectible appeal.
INSPECT PICTURES CAREFULLY AS THEY FORM AN IMPORTANT PART OF THE DESCRIPTION.
