In the ancient art of Chinese Penjing, little figurines are used to further suggest the artists depiction of a landscape or other vista.

This 7pc bird set is still made today, from clay, glazed or unglazed and then fired. The level of detail is quite something if you consider the size of the individual sizes.

This set consists of 7 pieces. Each piece is unique as they are each one crafted by the artist. There are several different bird 'poses' in the set and the wire legs also permit you to finely position them.
