This is a three-legged bronze censer with bridge handles, dating from the late Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China period. The square seal mark "Xuande" on the base indicates it belongs to the esteemed tradition of Xuande-style censers.

Crafted from high-quality bronze, the censer features a well-proportioned form with a flared rim, two elegant bridge handles, and three short, sturdy legs. Its surface is covered in a rich, aged patina, with subtle variations in tone that speak to its long history of use.

This piece is a fine example of traditional Chinese metalworking, embodying the aesthetic principles of simplicity and elegance. It served both as a practical vessel for burning incense and as a decorative object in scholarly studios, reflecting the refined taste of its time.

Ideal for collectors and antique dealers. Very valuable.
