VINTAGE CERAMIC AND WOOD FOLDING TABLE SCREEN

Beautiful folding four panel table screen with a different hand-painted water colour scene on each side. One side has a bird and floral design and the other side has mountains and greenery.

All the paintings are drawn with much attention to detail.

It is framed in a well-made wooden frame, possibly rosewood. When open it is very stable. The panels are hinged and it folds into one piece.

Measuring closed 22cms high x 7ccms wide and depth 5cms.Open 30cms wide. The screen weighs 654 grams.
The condition is very good with signs of light wear consistent with age and use. There is a mark at the top of the left-hand panel and also at the bottom of the right-hand panel where the water colour paint has been damaged.
