Chocolate Salami is becoming increasingly popular in restaurants, delicatessens, at functions and private dinner parties.  It can be sliced and served as a dessert with cream or ice-cream; served on its own with coffee or champagne or used as a garnish with sweet dishes. 

Traditionally it is made with high quality chocolate, dried fruit, nuts, biscuits and alcohol with other varying complements.  Its taste can be described as 85% chocolate and 15% cake.

The desserts are supplied in two different sizes viz. 100g and 250g.  You are bidding on a 100g choc-salami.

Shipping Information:

Exact cost of postage will be confirmed at close of auction; please see shipping details below for guidelines.   We prefer to ship Choc-Salami parcels on a Monday or Tuesday to minimise the amount of the time they are spent out of a controlled temperature environment [i.e. they are best stored in a refrigerator or in a cool place].
