This book was written by the very well known "Anglo Boer War" Dominee Kestell who were known for being present in the feldt with the Boer Commandos during the war.

The book have seen some serious handling through the years but is in a remarkable good condition for its age.

The book has got the following damage: yellowing of pages. Staining on the edges of the first and last few pages. names of 3 previous owners iswritten in the front. Some of the front pages were clearly loose and repaired. there are some selotape marks on three of the first pages. And lastly one or the other person fixed spelling mistakes on one or two of the pages somewhere in the book.

This book is great if you are looking for written info regarding General C.R. De Wet or if you are just into Afrikana/military books.
