Chrome nails are the latest trend in nail art and have taken over social media. 
Here is a step by step guide on how to create the mirror chrome look at home using UV gel polish.
 
Step 1:
Apply your UV Gel base coat and UV Gel polish, curing inbetween as normal. 

For chrome powder application, you'd normally use either BLACK or another dark colour to show off the chrome's shade best, but you can achieve a great (but lighter) result if you use white or a nude colour instead.

Step 2:
Now you need to apply your top coat. Super important, this must be a Gel NON-WIPE top coat.  

Cure (but only for required time, no longer).

Step 3:

Now dip the one side of the applicator into your chrome powder and rub it onto your nail.

Make sure you use generous amount of powder for shiny finish.

Now turn the applicator and use the clean side to buff/polish your nail. This will give you an even shiny look.

Step 4:
Wipe away excess powder using a large brush.

Step 5:

Apply another layer of your top coat and cure. 
 
Why isn't my chrome sticking to the nails?
You may have over cured your top coat.

Cure it for less next time.

It' s recommended to cure your non-wipe top coat the lowest number (shortest time) your lamp has, before applying the chrome powder.
