Churchill and Roosevelt Victory Plaque, C.1945

This metal plaque with Churchill and Roosevelt in profile commemorates the allied victory. (Conspicuous by his absence is Stalin!) It is made of metal. I originally bought this item unseen as a bronzes plague, but unless I am missing something, this most definitely is not bronze. I believe it is made of cast iron or possibly copper that was  treated to give it the appearance of bornze. Dimensions: 20.5 cm x 23 cm. Please add R48 for postage.
