*  Winning bidders MUST complete and pay for items within 72 hours.   Unless special arrangement have been made a SNC will be filed immidiately for winning bidders not complying to these terms and a negative rating given.

*  Items delivered via courier to-door.   Items will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.

* Deliveries takes on average 2-3 business days.    To smaller towns or outlying areas this may take slightly longer.

* No deliveries will be made to farm areas, remote villages or neighbouring countries (i.e. Namibia etc).       Our couriers also do not deliver to Grey areas which may include certain township areas to to risk factors - for such areas a surcharge may apply.

* Delivery Charges:

   R350 to the following cities  -  Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontain, East London, Durban, Cape Town, George.

   R425 to all other cities / towns.

*  All items comes with a 7 days money back satisfaction guarantee.     Should you not be 100% satisfied with the product it can be returned for refund.   Item should be returned in good condition and in original packaging.   Customers should deliver to our premises using own transport services.   Once received in good order a refund will be passed for the purchase price excluding original transport charges. excluded from any refund.
