IN THE IMAGE ABOVE THE CUTTER IS SEEN WITH THE SPRING RELEASED AND READY TO HAVE THE CIGAR MOUTHPIECE INSERTED TO MAKE A 'V' CUT. SEE FURTHER IMAGES FOR MORE DETAILS.
