Close the blades of the Xi80 cutter around the head of the cigar. You may need to apply a little pressure to ensure a clean cut.
Release the button or lever on the side of the cutter to open the blades and remove the cut cigar.
Inspect the cut to make sure it's even and to your desired depth. If it's too shallow, you may need to make another cut to get the desired draw.
Then enjoy your perfectly cut cigar!

Lastly, it's worth noting that the Xikar Xi80 80-ring gauge cutter is designed specifically for larger cigars with a ring gauge of up to 80. As a result, it may not be suitable for smaller cigars.
