Cinnamon Red Hot Concentrate (TFA)

The Flavor Apprentice - Cinnamon Red Hot.

This flavour is a simplified version of our cinnamon, containing primarily cinnamaldehyde with a hint of eugenol, making it more reminiscent of cinnamon candy than true cinnamon.

We've created a new formulation that uses PG instead of Ethyl Alcohol. We recommend testing with small batches to fine-tune the mixing ratio for your needs.

Recommended Mix Percentage: 0.5-2%

Please Note:

• This is a strong flavour. If you're using plastic-based equipment, be aware that there have been reports of this flavour causing damage to certain plastics. We advise starting with lower concentrations and exercising caution.
• If you plan to use this as a "stand-alone" flavour, please note that it may not mix as well with VG compared to the alcohol-based version.
• Allergy Warning: Some individuals may be allergic to cinnamon. If you have a cinnamon allergy, please avoid using this flavour.
