This is a "stripped-down" version of our cinnamon that contains mostly cinnamaldehyde and a touch of eugenol. It is more like the candy than true cinnamon.
This is a new formulation of this flavor that uses PG instead of Ethyl Alcohol! We recommend testing with small batches to make any necessary adjustments in mixing ratio.
Warning: if you are trying to use this as a "stand-alone" flavor, it will not mix as well with VG as the alcohol version.
** This is a strong flavor. For costumers using plastic-based equipment with this flavor, please note that we have heard reports of this flavor causing damage to some kinds of plastics. Exercise caution and start with lower concentrations if using plastic.
