This plate has a diameter of 16cm. Marked on the back "Japan". Imari plates are often marked with applied labels, I suspect the label has come off.
As mentioned by another user: "These are Imari plates, they were first introduced in 1984 as a set of four by Readers Digest, which is how I became an avid collector of any style of Imari and yes you are right, not all their porcelain is stamped. Hope it helps and whoever wins them should look out for the other two."
