Clarice Cliff Celtic Harvest Newport Pottery Jug

This attractive water jug by Clarice Cliff C1937 is in the popular Celtic Harvest pattern. The footed jug is bulbous in form covered in molded decoration in the form of woven sheaves of wheat. The jug has a colourful handle, laden with ripe fruits of the harvest with floral decoration around the lip of the piece in a matching colour way. There is no cracks or chips on the jug

The pot is stamped to the base, "Clarice Cliff Newport Pottery Co. England". With moulded marks  'England 57a/s'.
