Duke With Jetpack is accompanied by a nameplate base. Duke is clad in a tan shirt, green fatigue pants, a silver harness, and removable green helmet. Duke is equipped with a machinegun, a jet pack, and what appears to be the same American flag that Duke planted subsequent to Cobra’s defeat during the opening sequence of GI Joe: The Movie. Well-rounded and charismatic, Duke is fluent in a handful of foreign languages. Duke turned down a commission, nobly citing an inability on his part to “impel others to take the risks” and later became the Acting First Sergeant of the GI Joe team.
