This vintage piece is beautifully handcrafted in 9ct yellow gold, featuring a snowflake-like cluster of 19 x single cut diamonds, claw set on the 18mm x 8mm ring head. The slender 9ct yellow gold shank forks on the shoulders to support the cage-like structure that supports the gemstones, holding them 6mm above the finger.
