The Strap’s extra wide 15.2cm inch strap quickly adjusts to lengths up to 182cm allowing the user to lift from the desired height off the ground utilizing the power-zone lifting position in which the user lifts from a wide base leveraging stronger leg muscles and maintaining a flat back.
