What a beautiful piece of handpainted glass. The piece is in "as found condition" and would need to be cleaned. The clock face hour minute an second hands are intact. The glass is bevellled. The Brass chain is tarnished but solid. I have not opened the back but can see there is no mechanism inside. Made by E.N. Welch Manufacturing Co. Please look at pictures carefully and dont hesitate to ask any questions.
