The lamp is a remarkable piece from around 1930, made in Germany and has art deco styled transfer pictures all over it. Original light fitting, cord and plug (not tested). Bulb heats scented oil poured into base inside and the heat from light warms the liquid then the scent comes out through the holes which can also be used for incense. No cracks or chips, very unusual piece, priced way below the value. Most of these lamps come from Germany and there they are known as Rauchverzehrer. Today these are collectors items.
