Returns Policy
Below a brief outline of our returns policy:
1. Returns must be lodged with Radiance Beauty Hub within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Ensure that the product is returned in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories in a suitable protective packaging.
3. Then send the package to our Postal Address. For your protection we advise you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.
4. The buyer will be responsible for all courier/postage cost incurred.

All you need to do is enter the serial number which you can find in the inside arm of the styler. This must be done within 14 days of purchase.
