What about security?
In order to redeem your points, you have to validate your ID number. Your ID number is not displayed within your account, and is only visible during the registration process - So we don't know it
On top of that, we haven't confirmed essential account details (like your Surname) so we cannot redeem your points.

A: You are only charged for word we successfully enter on your behalf. If you submit the word before we do, then there is no charge for that word.Q: How does payment work?
A: When your account is due, we will email you a statement, which you can pay either by bank transfer or cash deposit.Q: How will it work if either of us decides to stop the service?
A: If you want to "unsubscribe", then simply change your password at www.clubvip.co.za and notify us. We will send you the amount outstanding on your account for you to pay.
