I have a partially completed, homebuilt CNC router for sale. I started building it about three years ago but have not had the time to really do any substantial work on it for the last 2 years. I intended for it to be run using Mach3 using an old Celeron PC.
The frame is made from 50x50x4.5mm square and 50x100x4.5mm rectangular mild steel tubing with some angle iron supports for the bed, needless to say, a rather sturdy frame and very heavy (I intended for it not to move anywhere whilst running) and stands on 6 M12 x 80mm bolts to adjust it’s level.
The bed is currently unattached and is a 1800x1200x20mm sheet of recycled High Density Polythene (HDPE).

Router.
I made up a frame to hold a Makita 3612 (1650W 22000RPM) router, a very nice machine with a ½” chuck with ⅜” and ¼” collets. This frame will need to be mounted to the Z Axis assembly. The router is controlled by a simple triac speed control with a potentiometer mounted on the E-Stop control box.
Electronics.
All of the electronics I built myself, including the stepper drivers, isolated interface board, power supplies etc.

1. 40VDC 750VA Regulated Linear power supply.
2. Unregulated 12VDC 100VA power supply.
3. 40V 3A micro stepping stepper drivers.
4. Isolated PC Interface and control relays.
5. Triac motor speed control.
So what do you get?
