NEW TECHNOLOGY SUPER FAST DETECTION
The Cobra ESD-7000 is a basic yet competent radar detector. It covers laser speed-monitoring systems, as well as K, Ka, and X radar bands. It also sports VG-2 Alert for the newer radar detector detectors that allow the police to tell if there is a radar detector in a target vehicle. In addition, the ESD-7000 is effective against the Spectre 1 detector and Laser 360.
Bright icons on the face of the unit indicate the type of radar being detected. The ESD-7000 can quickly be switched between city and highway modes to prevent false alarms, and an easy-access mute can be engaged to quiet the unit even if a radar system has been detected. The Cobra ESD-7000 system has 360-degree coverage, so drivers are protected on all sides. This is quite a bit of protection from a relatively inexpensive unit.
