Cock Brand Green Curry Paste 50g

Similar to the Red Curry Paste but green chillis are used instead of the red. It is normally used with coconut milk for preparing curry soup. Green curries tend to be as hot as red curry, both being hotter than panang curries.However, green curries, regardless of heat, have a definite and desired sweetness that is not usually associated with red curries.

Aromatic herbs such as lemongrass, galangal (Thai ginger) and fresh green chilis are harvested at their peak of freshness and carefully blended with fragrant spices for the perfect balance of flavours. Use as a stir-fry seasoning, a soup base, or with coconut milk to create a delicious Thai curry. Add a teaspoon to your favorite marinades for a bit of spiciness.
