Cock Brand Yellow Curry Paste 400g

Cock Brand Yellow curry is the mildest of all the curries and often made with coriander, cumin, lemongrass ginger, garlic, and yellow or red chili. In addition to coconut milk, this curry has a rich taste with sweet and mild flavors. Yellow Curry is great to use  in soups, sauces or with soy chunks, simply sweat the sauce briefly in a saucepan or frying pan before adding liquid.

Ingredients:  dried red chili 20%, shallot, garlic, lemongrass, salt, galangal, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, spices (cinnamon, mace).
