Please note these are parallel import fragrances. They do come in original boxing and packaging. Perfumes are not local and purely imported.
These fragrances may present a 1-3% smell or colour variance but are absolutely perfect 99% of the time.

PLEASE DO NOT COMPARE THESE PERFUMES TO THOSE YOU WOULD FIND IN YOUR LOCAL STORE.

Some perfumes may have older packaging than the newer available ones in retail stores, as designs are improved frequently.
Note that you are purchasing the fragrances at discounted prices and have knowledge of what the fragrances are all about.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?

Parcels are delivered within 3 working days from the day your order has been placed. Orders with payment confirmed by BidorBuy before 9am will be shipped out the same (working) day. Orders after 9am will be send out the next morning. As we send off your parcel, we will update you with full tracking details from our courier partner Fastway Couriers (usually the next day).

Returns & Exchanges

• In the event that you are not satisfied with your product, your order will be eligible for refund or exchange within seven (7) days from the delivery date provided that the item(s) is returned in their original condition and packaging, cellophane unopened, product sealed, and unused.

• Once the returned product is received (in their original condition and packaging, cellophane unopened, product sealed and unused), and inspected by our customer service team, our customer service team will get in touch with you.

• In the event that an item was ordered and paid for but the item is out of stock during the processing stage, the customer will be given the option of a refund or the customer will be offered 1 perfume for FREE (2 perfumes of in-stock items to replace the out of stock item).
