RECOMMENDED USAGE
¿ Add two heaped teaspoons (12g) of Supashape's COCOA LEAN to 2 tablespoons of water.
¿ Stir to a smooth consistency.
¿ Add 200-250ml of cold or hot water, or for a richer, creamier taste, use fat free milk instead of water (Amount of liquid can be adjusted to meet individual taste preference). Stir thoroughly and enjoy.
