This Cokin H300-01 P Series 0.3, 0.6, and 0.9 ND Filter Kit contains three filters that can be used individually or in various combinations to create a darkening of the entire image, allowing you to photograph with a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally required. By increasing your aperture or slowing your exposure time, you can control depth of field and convey movement more easily. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and are ideal for pairing with other filters.
Cokin H300-01 P Series filters are constructed from optical resin and are notably light in weight, have a high resistance to shocks and drops, and provide optimum light transmission for high image quality. This filter measures 3.3 x 3.3" / 84 x 84mm and is compatible with the Cokin P filter holder.
The included filters consist of 84 x 84mm solid neutral density filters that reduce the amount of light entering a lens by 1, 2, and 3 stops, respectively. To allow these filters to be placed in front of a lens, a separately available Cokin P Series filter holder and a Cokin P Series lens adapter ring are required. Each filter is made of durable, optical resin (CR39) and measures 1.6mm thick.
