The original trench knife was developed for close quarters combat (CQC) and earned a terrifying reputation in the trench raids of the Battle of the Bulge. The combination of "brass knuckles" and either a spike or double-edged blade proved so effective, that development of new designs continued through the Second World War.

Exhibiting a big wide blade and false edge, the formidably intimidating 80NTB Chaos Bowie is well-suited to thrusting, cutting, and slashing. It also blocks and parries with equal ease and is saber ground to a sturdy edge and honed razor sharp. The extra thick 1055 carbon steel pommel is tapered to concentrate the percussive force of a hammering strike, and the full tang SK-5 High Carbon steel blade is expertly heat treated for maximum performance. Its a highly affordable Bowie and sure to please even the most discriminating warrior. 

The Chaos features a split D-ring handle constructed of 6061 aluminum. Not only does this signature trench knife feature protect the users hands from slippage and incoming attacks, it also provides a striking surface for combat situations. Likewise, the butt of the knife features a deadly tapered pommel to concentrate the percussive force of a hammering strike.
