The shovel head and socket are forged from medium carbon steel, and then heat treated for maximum strength, while the utility axe edge can easily be improved to razor sharpness.
Ideally suited for digging foxholes, bunkers, chopping branches, building shelters, an improvised paddle, and as a last-resort, a weapon of defense!
