BUYING: Please do not bid or place an order if you cannot/do not want to pay since this wastes our time, money & effort & affects other buyers. Note the ending date/time & ask questions using the Bidorbuy messaging system. Our details will be sent upon order placement for further communication.
PACKAGING & SHIPPING: Check shipping tab - we use Courierguy & no other options allowed. Submit a query if this is inconvenient & we will quote, if possible. We will do combined shipping however, the cost for combined shipping is strictly for the same, similar or smaller size/type of items over a week. If a larger item is to be combined, the greater shipping cost will automatically apply. The courier service does not deliver to townships, farms& plots therefore, confirm an alternate address prior to bidding/purchasing. You may send your own courier to collect however, a minimum packaging fee of R30 shall apply. No private collections allowed.
Shipping charge includes a fee for all consumables & related costs. We package carefully using paper, bubble wrap and cardboard boxes but cannot accept liability for damage, breakage or loss during shipping since it is beyond our control. You may add 3% of order value for insurance. We will send a tracking number & delivery is usually within 3 days of shipment.
PAYMENT: Payment goes directly to Bidorbuy & we pay fees. If you do not pay infull, the order will not be shipped. Please pay within 3 days for quick packaging & shipment but not later than 7 days after purchase. Add 3% of order value for insurance, if chosen. An SNC (Sale Not Complete) will be filed if you do not pay in 7 days.
