Coleman Alcohol Bottle 201-5511

This is a genuine Coleman bottle made for kerosene lanterns. It has a plastic body and lid with an adjustable brass nozzle specially designed to fill the Pre Heater Cup (part # 201-5101). Kerosene needs to be at a higher temperature than other fuels in order to combust. The cup is preheated by filling it with alcohol from the bottle; the alcohol is then ignited and burned until it is almost gone. The cup is then hot and it will raise the temperature of the kerosene that passes through the generator (where the Pre Heater Cup is located).
