Vintage soft rubber-like drink and wet doll from1950-60's

This  collectable doll is  made from a soft rubberlike material.She has sleep eyes and a one-piece body. Her blue eyes work well and the eyelashes are intact. Her hair is falling out and she should be dressed in a bonnet or the hair should be replaced The doll is dressed in a new panty  and  vintage dress that looks as if it was made for her. She is marked Hong Kong  at the back of the head and on the back.
