An American classic!! An iconic Dr Grabow pipe stamped “HALF AND HALF”. This, in all likelihood was a Dr Grabow pipe manufactured to be given away in an early loyalty 'coupon' programme, which was so popular in the 50’s and 60’s. You know the deal: “Send in so many coupons or empty pouches and we will send you a free pipe!”
The tobacco pouch also reflects the long-running relationship between US and Scandinavian tobacco manufacture. To see these two brought together again is a real rarity!
The pipe has been lightly smoked and shows commensurate wear, otherwise in pristine condition. Naturally the smoke-ability of the tobacco cannot be guaranteed.
