Made in the Soviet Russian ( USSR ) period of the 1970's!

"Khokhloma or  Khokhloma painting isthe name of a Russian wood hand painting styleand national ornament, known for its curved and vivid mostly flower, berry andleaf patterns. A combination of red, black, and gold are typical colors.The effect it has when applied to wooden tableware or furniture, making it lookheavier and metallic."

Total of 14 pieces. All in Very Good to Perfect condition. Never used as dishes; only ornamental.
