Jewellery Rings, bracelets, necklaces and other jewellery will be shipped by Registered mail (7 - 21 days) or courier service (4 - 6 days) depending on value. Please see "Shipping and other charges" for exact fee of each individual item. And very between R85-R150. We can also ship items with a card or note to any loved one worldwide. 
TERMS We offer a 100% money back guarantee on each item. Refund or exchange within 7 days if you are dissatisfied. You just mail the item back in the original condition and a refund/ replacement will be sent. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.
Shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Although out pictures are very accurate, colour may not match exactly as the real item due to variations in computer monitors. 
Some gems may be colour enhanced or fracturefilled to enhance beauty but this will be disclosed on each item.We are human though and also make mistakes. Certificates and only come with the items that state this in the description. We can arrange for any item to be certified at an accredited gemological laboratory at your cost. This is expensiveand can take up to 2 months. Set Jewellery can be appraised by your local jeweller. Indicative market prices, where used will be fair and realistic unlike the hugely exhaggerated values used by some. | | | CUSTOMER SERVICE  Within 24 hour of winning an item you will receive a welcome email from us with all the details needed. We endeavour to answer all emails promptly but do need the odd day off on weekends so please be patient. FEEDBACK POLICY  We always provide positive ratings and excellent feedback . Please do not bid unless you intend to pay. Non paying bidders will have an SNC filed against them and receive negative feedback. Buyers with less than 5 positive ratings will need to make payment for the first order within 7 days from purchase.
