A suggestion for those taking zinc supplements:
Most people on a Zinc supplement should top up on copper as large doses of zinc pushes down copper intake
A few rules of thumb:
If one is taking a large dose of a mineral, it may well compete with other minerals and thus reduce their absorption.
If taking high doses of zinc long-term (50 mg or more per day for 10 weeks or longer), be aware that it can cause copper deficiency, so you may need to supplement with copper as well.

Evening all - Testimony time and something you can mix and try for yourself.
I sometimes get a stye, whether it be top or bottom eyelid and mostly they are not on the edge but deeper in the eyelid. I wont say what I have had to do before to get it sorted but I want to share with you what I did this time around. Before I felt the stye actually developing I noticed a sagging little spot below the eyelid and I knew what was on the way. I had a container with about 15-20ml of a 50/50 mix of Colloidal silver and -copper remaining in it. to this I added about 5 or so drops of DMSO (not sure exactly) and started dropping this (1-2 drops) in my eye as often as I wanted to (about 4-5 x daily). The stye could not flare up fully and spoil my face as it usually did. It actually just stayed the same as when I noticed it beginning. over a few days I reduced the treatment and this mix curbed a full blown infection in its tracks. I hope this helps someone. If you don't have colloidal copper just do the C/Silver and DMSO. I'm confident this will also work. This will then obviously be able to treat any eye infection. (DS)
