Beautiful painting from a very talented artist - 1982 artwork, extremely scares

Colombe Ashborn was born in the Free State and sadly passed away in 2017.  She graduated with honours and lectured at the then Pretoria Technical Art School for a couple of years.  She won prizes at art shows and was accepted by the Citè Internationale des Arts and stayed in Paris, France for five months. She is an acclaimed artist, and had numerous exhibitions in South Africa in the 70s, 80s and 90s and a successful solo exhibition in Paris.  She is known for her figure studies, still life paintings and landscape sketches and water colours, as well as her silkscreens.
