Offered on this auction is this lovely Heart Shaped Commemorative Trinket Box of the Wedding of Prince Charles to Lady Diana Spencer.
This trinket box has a gold band around its base and is otherwise plain white. The lid has a gold band around its edges. It also has a crown and a picture of Prince Charles and Lady Diana under glaze.
On its base it has the following inscription: “TO COMMEMORATE THE MARRIAGE OF THE PRINCE OF WALES AND LADY DIANA SPENCER WEDNESDAY 29TH JULY 1981”
The trinket box is 2.2 cm high, and is 6.7 cm across its widest point. It is 3.2 cm tall with its lid on.
This trinket box is in EXCELLENT CONDITION.
There are no chips, cracks or restoration (see photos).
There is a factory fault under the gold band of the lid, next to Prince Charles' face.
There is no crazing.
