1989 First edition in hardcover with dustjacket.  No markings, names, stamps, stickers etc. Book and dustjacket are in very good condition. Appears to be unread. Back not broken. The book was in storage for many years and accumulated some age spots around the edges of the pages. Inside clean. The overall impression is impressive for a book 22 years old. Not regularly found in this condition.
