Includes XP home licence sticker. I dont have XP home, so I installed XP pro. You will have to get XP home disks and re-install
No mouse or keyboard, you have to use a USB mouse and keyboard. I can add a power cable if you need it
It can be positioned flat or like a mini-tower. The cdrom drive functions both ways.
