DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR FIRMWARE IF PROMPTED, CHIPS WILL NOT WORK & THE PRODUCT WILL BE DEEMED NON-RETURNABLE.

The printer must be brand new and not have utilised normal pigment ink. Not advisable to mix different aftermarket Cartridges clarity of colours will not be guaranteed.
Dye-sub cartridges can only be returned with nozzle check print demonstrating the printers prior working condition.
The supplier will not be held responsible for damage to the printer due to misuse.
Not advisable to convert already used standard ink printer to sublimation dye printer.
