How does it work?
How do I know it will work for my car?
- Modifications are made for each supercharger and performance chip so that perfect installation can be accomplished without any error codes being produced by the computer. When purchasing; make, model, engine size, and year of your vehicle must be specified during checkout
What comes with my purchase?
- You will receive the electric supercharger of your choice (specific to your car), toggle switch, wire, air breather, and a ST performance chip to match. Everything is included for a professional looking install. Full instructions are included for both the supercharger and performance chip installation. You will need to get an air filter or can order one from us.
Will this device harm my engine?
- No, the supercharger is completely safe for use on your vehicle. Full boost will not overstress your engine in any way. Maximum performance can be attained only when you need it. This can not be done with a traditional supercharger since a traditional supercharger cannot be turned off and on.
Will this void my warranty?
No, not if the supercharger is uninstalled before scheduled maintenance. Engine wear is not increased, so detection is not possible even with the most advanced diagnostic equipment. Traditional superchargers will always void warranties.
How is Fuel Consumption Effected?
Your fuel consumption will not be negatively affected at all. In fact most cars with ST chips and other chips ecperience a 10% drop in fuel consumption under normal driving conditions. This is achieved by remapping the Fuel tables, drive-by-wire throttle inputs, and advancing the ignition timing to take advantage of higher octane fuel such as 95. All this results in a more effiecent engine developing more torque low down for easier driving. Fuel consumption will higher when the super-charger is switched on, since the charger forces air into the engine and the engine in turn injects more fuel.
